How do I sharpen the pencil?
Defining Liner is a retractable liner; thus, it does not require sharpening. We have, however, included a built-in sharpener and smudging tool for your convenience and to allow for achieving multiple looks.
Is it waterproof?
No, Defining Liner is not waterproof. We prefer to stay away from waterproof cosmetics, as the removal process can damage brows and lashes.

Hold the skin taut to help create a smooth canvas.

Starting at the outer corner of the eye, tracing just above the lash line to the inner corner of the eye.
Step 3
Use the smudging tool at the opposite end of the pencil to soften and blend.
