Who is RevitaLash® Cosmetics?

RevitaLash® Cosmetics was founded in 2006 by renowned ophthalmologist Dr. Michael Brinkenhoff, who created our original eyelash conditioner to help his wife, Gayle, feel beautiful during her courageous fight against breast cancer. The brand started with the iconic eyelash conditioner, and since then, we have developed a full range of products designed to enhance the natural beauty of all women. We were and remain the first to introduce a leading line of cosmetics to enhance the beauty of eyelashes and eyebrows, and we are still the only brand developed by an ophthalmologist.

What does RevitaLash® Cosmetics do to ensure its products are safe?

Safety, responsible formulation, and providing an exceptional consumer experience are at the forefront of our product development efforts. We work with the best chemists in the cosmetics industry to ensure excellence in our formulas, and we guide responsible development by always using the best available ingredients that meet our highest health and safety standards. New RevitaLash Cosmetics products are reviewed by experts such as dermatologists and/or ophthalmologists and undergo rigorous testing by independent research laboratories to ensure their safety. Additionally, products are tested through third-party consumer research to ensure the best products that provide an excellent consumer experience. Our approach is unique in the beauty industry, as it takes us two to four years to bring a new product to market. We do not rush processes to maintain safety and excellence. The development of RevitaLash Cosmetics products does not fall under the category of fast beauty.

What tests does RevitaLash® Cosmetics perform to ensure its products are safe?

RevitaLash Cosmetics products undergo strict safety tests, then are reviewed by ophthalmologists and/or dermatologists. We go beyond standard industry tests to determine safe use on the skin and ensure that products used on the sensitive eye area do not pose any physiological risks to the eye. For example, our lash serums undergo the following tests before being launched on the market:

1. In-house product testing before final formulation

2. Eye safety testing

3. Eye sensitivity testing

4. Skin sensitivity testing

5. Stability testing

6. Preservative (antimicrobial) efficacy testing according to multiple pharmacopeial standards

7. External consumer product review/benchmarking to verify product performance by a third party

What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery is free within the Kingdom for all orders over 599 SAR. If the order is less than this value, the shipping cost will be based on the shipping company's evaluation, but it usually does not exceed 35 Saudi Riyals.

What is the expected delivery time? And what are the delivery hours?

At RevitaLash, we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Shipping is done as soon as the order is prepared. After the order is processed, you will receive a message from the shipping carrier to track the shipment. It usually takes two to three business days for the order to arrive in major delivery areas, and delivery times vary depending on the specific region. Delivery is available on all days of the week except for Fridays and official holidays. Within Riyadh: 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and official holidays). Outside Riyadh: 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and official holidays).

What is the shipping method?

At RevitaLash, we always strive to maintain the quality of our products so they reach you as they are. All our products are shipped through intermediaries to preserve the product and its effectiveness.

How can I maintain the effectiveness of the products?

When you receive the products, please read the instructions for storage and opening. Some products may last up to 12 months from the date the package is opened. We recommend storing products away from sunlight and heat. Products should be kept in a cool, dry place where the temperature does not exceed 23 degrees Celsius.

What payment options are available on the website?

You can pay via (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Tamara, Apple Pay, Tabby) and various other payment services will be available soon.

I received a wrong or damaged item.

How can I know if an item is out of stock?

For any item that is not available, 'out of stock' will be mentioned on the product page. In rare cases, a product may run out of stock in your bag during the checkout process, and a notification will appear.

I placed an order and was charged, but I haven't received an order confirmation.

We are sorry to hear that. Please wait for 10 minutes as it may be due to a delay in the site's system. If you do not receive your order confirmation with the invoice, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email. Please provide us with the email and phone number used to complete the order.

Does RevitaLash have a physical store?

RevitaLash does not have a physical store, but you can order through one of the authorized distributors.

What if you find RevitaLash® Cosmetics products for sale on unauthorized websites?

If the product is purchased from any unauthorized site or seller, we will not be able to guarantee the safety or authenticity of the product.

How do you determine the expiration date of your products?

Our unopened products have a shelf life of 24 to 36 months. Click here to check the expiration date of your product.

Our products should be used within 12 months after opening (eyelash and eyebrow serums, hair care products, eyelash and eyebrow mask, and Micellar Water Lash Wash) or within 6 months after opening (colored cosmetics), provided the product is used before the expiration date.

If you have concerns about a product's shelf life, please email customercare@beautysteps.sa and include the product description and the batch number located on the bottom or back of the package. We will respond as soon as it is convenient for us.

Are all RevitaLash® Cosmetics products suitable for both women and men?

Yes, all our products are suitable for women and men.

Do RevitaLash® Cosmetics products contain parabens?

RevitaLash® Cosmetics products do not contain parabens, with the exception of the Japanese RevitaLash® Advanced formula, due to country requirements.

Does RevitaLash® Cosmetics conduct any animal testing?

Our company's safety tests do not include any animal testing, and all RevitaLash® Cosmetics products are cruelty-free.

Are RevitaLash® Cosmetics products gluten-free?

Yes, our complete line of products is gluten-free.

Are RevitaLash® Cosmetics products oil-free?

Our entire line of products is oil-free, with the exception of Hi-Def Brow Gel.

Can RevitaLash® Cosmetics products be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or while undergoing medical treatment?

The safety of our products has been proven in numerous studies conducted by independent research laboratories. These tests have shown that our products are safe for the hair and skin of the adults who were studied. However, if you are pregnant, nursing, or undergoing any medical treatment and have concerns about using any product, please consult your doctor.
