Shipping and Exchange Policy
- All products purchased from our website are final sales, and there is no possibility of returns or refunds.
Unless you received an incorrect or damaged product(s), please contact our Customer Care Department for assistance with your return request within three (3) business days of receiving your order.
- All products returned to us must be unused, with all tags and labels, if any, attached, in the same condition as when received, in the original box and packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. We will not accept returns of any products whose original packaging has been opened or tampered with.

- After we receive and inspect the returned product(s), approve the return request, and confirm it via email, we will refund the price paid for the product(s), excluding shipping and return costs.

- The refund process may take 14 to 21 days from the date of receipt of the returned item.

- Please note that if a customer requests to cancel an order during shipping, or returns an order after it has been shipped for any reason, a 5% administrative fee will be applied and deducted from the total order value.

This fee covers the administrative and logistical costs associated with the cancellation or return.

- Refunds will be processed using the same original payment method (credit card, Tabby, Tamara, etc.) or via bank transfer. Shipping time:
- Within Riyadh, from 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends or public holidays)
- Outside Riyadh, from 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends or public holidays)
